Miranda the Dog needs a home
This is sweet Miranda. She is about 18 months old (we gave her a birthday of 6/30/2016.) and about 25 pounds. She and her sister Layla (also available!) were rescued from the hurricane in Houston and came to EAPL in October. They are playful with other doggies but still apprehensive about approaching or being approached by people. Layla & Miranda's new foster mom is working to gain their trust and is getting closer every day! They will continue to need a family with lots of love, tenderness, patience. Another furry friend who is non-aggressive and playful will be ideal, as well as a safe and secure yard. Due to their timidness at this time, we do not recommend small children who may scare them.
